Key responsibilities will include:
Generating new busine! ss revenue across targeted Hedge fund prospect base within the! US, specifically NY area.
Working within a small sales team to execute on generating opportunities within targeted prospects to sell the full suite of WSS products to hedge funds including custody, middle office outsourcing and fund administration
Developing and managing the pipeline of sales opportunities, and meeting annual sales revenue targets
To develop internal relationships with key partners across JP Morgan that can assist in making introductions to targeted prospects (prime brokerage, F&O, commercial bank)
Lead key presentations with prospects and ensure the right level of product expertise are involved
Deal management - play a leadership role in managing deals through the sales process and contract negotiation
Play role in sharing prospect feed back to product partners so they continue to be educated on competitive landscape
Influencers - work with market management to cover influencers to help drive ! business to JP Morgan (lawyers, auditors, consultants, etc.)
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of the sales process within the fund administration business and other bank related products (custody, collateral management and performance / risk)
8 to 10 years relevant experience in fund administration, alternative or specifically hedge funds business development
Ability to work on your own initiative and meet tight deadlines
An efficient and confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Ability to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
A proven track record in sales & marketing is a distinct advantage
BA degree
