We are looking for an experienced Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and be able to edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. The Editor will be responsible for proofreading and copy-editing all written materials before publication. This position requires excellent communication skills and the Editor will need to follow specific guidelines before approving and releasing any material.
While it is less important, the Editor should also have a background in computer science or technology to better comprehend the writing pieces. This is not a requirement for application but is highly valued during the selection process.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread many types of texts for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Develop and maintain editorial style guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy of citations and references, and ensure minimal content is written by artificial intelligence tools.
- Manage editorial workflow to ensure timely publication of materials.
Compensation:
The Editor(s) will be compensated with a base pay (per article published) and will be provided opportunities for additional compensation and frequent bonuses based on performance. Referral bonuses for recruiting readers through various means are also provided, as growing the publication's audience will be a priority for Editor(s).

Pay: $58,220.00 - $64,364.00 per year
