This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer to join an international organisation based in New York. The role requires Circa 3 years post quali! fication experience in dealing with tax, including cross border work. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for tax due diligence and tax structuring in relation to private market investments (US) as well as supporting the business on tax matters across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate and employment. Furthermore, you will monitor investments relating to their tax efficiencies.
Essential experience includes US and international tax gained in an in-house or professional services organisation. Qualifications to include a finance/accounting degree.
Salary dependent upon experience.
