Lynch Schwab & Gasparini is seeking a legal assistant/calendar clerk to work in its Hudson Valley office location (Brewster, NY). The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining a litigation calendar for several attorneys. Duties will include:
Maintain the daily court calendar for the firm - including all appearances, conferences, mediations, trials, etc.
Schedule and confirm depositions, court reporters, and translators with staff, clients and other council.
Schedule IMEs and make other arrangements for clients to attend all necessary hearings, doctor appointments, and exams
Clerk Skills and Qualifications:
Client Confidentiality, Client Contact Skills, Legal Administration Skills, Legal Compliance, Litigation, Administrative Writing Skills, Documentation Skills, Word Processing , Scheduling, Verbal Communication, Client Relationships
