Our New York City office has an opportunity for an experienced employment law attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role in litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Our firm can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in New York. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Candidates must possess at least 3-5 years of labor/employment law experience in New York, employment litigation and class action experience preferred. This position requires familiarity with federal and state labor and employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FLSA and comparable state statutes. Familiarity with NLRB, management/union relations and labor arbitration is also preferred.
Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is beneficial.
Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
