More details about this job opportunity please read the description below. Our client is seeking a HelpDesk Analyst / iManage / Interaction in New York, New York (NY).

Summary:
Kforce client is seeking a HelpDesk Analyst. ! Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the Help Desk Analyst position involves extensive team and customer interaction, maintaining positive contact with attorneys and support staff and observing confidentiality of personnel and Firm matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as initial point of contact for telephone and e-mail inquiries on the Firm's software applications, hardware, printers and remote technologies directed to the Information Technology department
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong personal organization, time management, planning and project coordination
  • Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends to provide emergency coverage
  • Responsible for installing and maintaining all end user IT equipment. This includes personal computers, laptops, printers, electronic devices and the software that runs on these systems
  • P! rovide Level II support for all data center and desktop enviro! nments in a 24/7/365 environment
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inventory and security measures associated with the Firm's inventory
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lb servers
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all hardware, software and network problems
  • Follow up on calls escalated to Infrastructure, Development, Desktop, etc
  • Provide floor support to users on a regular basis
  • Periodic travel between remote Data Centers is required
  • Keep current on best practices and departmental procedures
