Operations Manager


 

Operations Manager: Optimize partnership data and utilize in-depth knowledge of company products and databases to increase user base. Manage operations analysts to maximize efficiency and productivity. Measure team performance by building and managing company dashboards. Manage and monitor multiple databases. Ensure all database information is as accurate and up to date as possible and that data flows correctly. Forecast future performance and analyzes past performance. Provide feedback and ROI analysis to the company departments regarding the impacts of various partnership initiatives. Mine company database to expand company userbase. Partner with management team to align department policies and systems with the company's objectives. Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and development teams to ensure the advancement of the company. Set, monitor, and evolve performance standards to meet the goals of company. Coach personnel to achieve high performance. Structure the training plan for new team members. Actively assess technological stability, feature functionality, product usage trends, and overall user satisfaction. Provide feedback to the Operations team to ensure all processes have been completed accurately and effectively. Act as the primary escalation point for sales management and internal stakeholders.

Educational Requirements: MS or equivalent in Sports Management, related field or its foreign equivalent.

Required Related Occupation Experience:

  • Three (3) years of experience in Software Support.

    One (1) year of managing a team.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the sports industry.

Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, experience and training will be accepted.

Special Requirements: Position may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Compensation: $74,963 per year

Work Location: Stack Sports, 5360 Legacy Drive, Suite 150, Plano, TX 75024.

Hours: Full Time (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
