Resources Global Professionals is seeking a New York attorney with extensive experience in technology transactions. As a consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.
Professional Qualifications:
Extensive, hands-on experience negotiating and drafting SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements and other technology contracts.
8+ years legal experience; in-house experience required.
Admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing.
Excellent communi! cation skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task ! and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
