Plaintiff's PI and Mass Tort Firm seeks Senior Trial Attorney (Midtown)Nationally renowned, plaintiff's personal injury and mass tort firm with offices in NY and NJ seeks senior associateto manage its massive caseload and department.
Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in both NY and NJ, have5-10+ years of trial experience, preferably inMed Mal, Lead Paint and other Mass Torts and mustbe experienced inhandling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict. Strong brief writing skills required.
Fantastic opportunity to manage a! department and be on partnership track. Salary is dependent o! n experience. Contingency and total compensation arrangement negotiable.
