Mackenzie Stuart is working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a Securities & Capital Markets Attorney to be based in their New York office.
You will need ! an in-depth understanding of the needs of transactional securities attorneys, as well as the ability to create legal, practical and analytical content across investment management, hedge funds and broker/dealer regulation.
The role will involve identifing, analyzing, and drafting summaries for cases, codes and legal analysis. You will be drafting practical guidance on selected areas of securities law topics, reviewing and editing practical guidance articles on a broad array of securities law topics, including practice areas noted above.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background from a well renowned law school. You will have at least 5 years experience working in a reputable capital markets team and have been trained and worked in an international firm.
