A busy in-house legal department of a large Manhattan-based corporation seeks a senior contracts attorney for an open-ended temporary assig! nment that has some permanent potential. This is a great opportunity for the right person. You would work directly with the AGC and have plenty of opportunity to shine. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of varied contracts experience , either with a firm or in-house (or both), and be able to hit the ground running. Though no specific type of contracts background is required, expect to deal with procurement agreements, software licensing agreements, etc. if hired.
