Job Details
Experience with commercial acquisitions, commercial financing, including conduit and capital markets financing, commercial (real estate and asset based) lending representing regional lenders, commercial leasing and land use.
3+ years of sophisticated transactional experience
Develop projects from the ground up
Ability to take a leadership role in a diverse and active business and transactional practice group
Qualifications JD degree from an accredited law school, NYS Licensure or Registration. 3-5 years legal experience at law firm specializing in real estate. Ability to drive results, provide solutions and prioritize multiple projects independently. Must possess resourcefulness, flexibility and strong work ethic.
