Counsel Press is hiring Staff Counsel to closely interact on a daily basis with our attorney clients and help ensure their successful appellate filings. This ! is a rare opportunity to use your law degree and legal experience in a non-traditional environment while being rewarded with a great degree of responsibility and daily variety. Your compensation will be competitive with larger law firms, and is generally coupled with a 40 hour work week, to allow you to make the most of your personal and professional life.
Our Staff Counsel sell our services to prospective attorney clients and maintain existing client relationships. Your responsibilities extend to providing as much or as little assistance as a client requires to file a rule compliant appeal. Your focus will include the New York State courts, the U.S. 2 nd Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as occasional responsibility in other state and federal courts nationwide. Our support staff includes dozens of highly trained and knowledgeable persons to assist in every facet of our work.
