We have an opening for an experienced Advisory M&A attorney in the Investment Banking, Capital Markets and M&A Team for the Americas. The team works closely with the bankers in the Investment Banking D! epartment and Equity and Debt Capital Markets teams on M&A transactions, financing transactions, restructurings/bankruptcies, and other similar transactions. In addition, the team advises on securities law matters, conflicts of interest, information barrier issues and other similar matters, and is involved in trainings regarding legal and regulatory changes affecting the investment banking and capital markets businesses. Members of the team also attend and participate in Business Review, Fairness Opinion and Valuation Committee meetings.
