Complete plan administration, including eligibility determination, preparation of financial statements, allocations of contributions/ forfeitures, calculation of vesting percentages, loan and distribution calculations and preparation of Form 5500 and all related schedules; perform nondiscrimination testing, including ADP/ACP calculations--refunds, earnings, QNEC’s, penalties, etc.; prepare plan documents, plan amendments and SPD’s; run proposals for new comparability cross-tested plans; execute and collaborate on a multitude of compliance related activities such as government filings, required annual disclosures, QDRO’s and external audits; interface with actuaries, attorneys, systems, trustees, and 401(k) record-keepers. Ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in pension administration; knowledge of ACT, Outlook, and/or Word/Excel; industry licenses, such as QKA or QPA. Salary $open.
