As a member of our operations team, you'll be the first point of contact with our clients and play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other channels, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer bookings, changes, and cancellations, and work with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met, and all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about the company's services, including transportation options, tour packages, and excursion options, and assist customers in making informed decisions about their travel plans
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure that customer data is up-to-date and properly stored in the company's databases and other systems
About you:
- Fluent knowledge of French and German languages
- Good knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Previous work experience in the tourism industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure of the client's requirements/expectations
The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel internationally as needed to fulfill job duties.
