Description: Cadence Counsel is in need of Real Estate Attorney Sought by Midsize Firm, Leasing a + right now, this position will be arranged in New York. More details about this position opportunity please read the description below.
We have two real estate positions with premier midsized "lifestyle" firms.
One is a lateral (ie perm) associate/counsel position involving acquisitions, financing, leasing and joint ventures. Par tnership track or counsel position. LOW hours requirement. Comp to approx $200K PLUS bonus.
The second primarily involves all forms of leasing: office, commercial and retail. Full-time and part-time positions are available on a lateral (partnership-track or counsel) and contract basis. VERY busy real estate dept, so assistance is needed ASAP. Lateral comp to $200K range and contract basis to $100/hour.
