In House Counsel-Attorney
$100-150K + Bonus
Billion dollar global expanding Investment co seeks entrepreneur and recent JD (top tier schools a +) with 1-3 years with experience and skills composing and drafting documentation, me morandums, and motions and summary submissions working for high powered division. Handling all legal aspects and documentation as well as counseling for the firm and senior management. Review, research and interpret and prepare both written and oral opinions on a wide variety of legal issues. Responsible for providing legal advice and representation on a wide variety of legal matters. Anticipate and identify legal issues and counsel senior management. Review contracts and other legal documents. Incumbent regularly renders definitive legal opinions on policy matters concerning the firm. Ensure legal compliance and risk management programs. Must be intelligent, innovative, highly motivated with strong verbal, writing and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. MS Suite.
