Resources Global Professionals is seeking experienced corporate attorneys to join our Tri-State practice. As a consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.
Professional Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience structuring, negotiating and closing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, conducting due diligence, and/or negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, licenses or technology agreements.
8+ years legal experience.
Large law firm and in-house experience.
Admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut and in good standing.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
