The HR Administrator provides administrative support to, US Company Human Resources Director and HR coordination support for US Finance. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
HR Programs and Project Responsibilities:
Manage US Company You Can Make A Difference Program and WorkSmart
Manage the Personal Leadership Award Program for US Company
Administer the US Company employee anniversary service program
Support HR General! ist for US Finance with Succession Planning preparation and me! eting facilitation; tracking PM&D completion status, Code of Conduct Certification and Compliance Training requests, and other HR processes as needed
Assist with recruitment for US Finance as needed
Run and analyze SAP HR reports as needed
Manage domestic and international moves for client group into the US (STA's, LTA's, etc); work with external immigration attorney to obtain appropriate visa documentation
Act as Subject matter expert for PM&D and all tools on ColgatePeople; troubleshoot technical issues for client group
Participate in and lead other HR projects as assigned
Administrative Responsibilities
:
Manage all employee data changes; maintain organization data integrity in SAP
Run SAP budget reports. Codes and monitors expenses to budget and informs Director of discrepancies
Support administration of selected training programs
Process all HR related invoices in eBuy
Manage department e-teamrooms
Coordinate travel, calendar and expense reports for Director as needed
Provide administrative assistance for various meetings, including off-site meetings as needed
Serve as back-up for Administrative Assistant supporting Division President
Collaborate with other support staff to balance workload as needed
Compose both routine and non-routine correspondence (e.g. minutes, announcements etc.) Independently respond to and follows-up on requests for information
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
BA/BS degree required
At least three years Human Resources or equivalent experience required
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail orie! nted
Must possess strong data analytical skills
Must ! be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, SAP and eBuy
Experience with key HR processes (recruitment, compensation, succession planning, training)
Exercises excellent judgment
Acts with high degree of confidentiality to the access of information that is highly sensitive in nature.
Plans, organizes and prioritizes workload
Works conscientiously with minimal level of supervision
Anticipates needs of customers and demonstrates initiative
Recognized as an expert in administrative functions
