Wonderful International Law Firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to work directly with the Global Transportation Finance group in it's New York office. The primary role of the Corporate Paralegal is to document preparation and distribution, preparation and filing of documents and UCCs for closings, and post-closing document preparation and follow-up. This high-profile position entails direct interaction with our attorneys, clients and opposing counsel.
