As
an Employee Benefits Sales Producer you will actively develop and
maintain a pipeline of new potential clients and continually source
referrals for new business opportunities. As a consultant to your
clients you will lead your team in the analysis and development of
comprehensive solutions to meet your clients’ goals.

will possess the skill & business acumen to win and retain business
with C-suite executives. 5+ years selling B2B solutions, knowledge of
benefit plans and employee benefit terminology a plus. Must attain
relevant insurance licenses upon hire.
