MSMs are fanatical about figuring out what Axial Members need to succeed and ensuring that it happens. This is critical not only to our Members, but to the development! of our company as a whole. For our Members, we are the face of Axial. For our Product team, we provide direct insight into Member experience and user personas to ensure their inherent needs are met. We find ourselves contributing to the strategic direction of the company, as well as to the evolution of the product, as we are at the front lines with our end users.
MSMs are highly engaging, intelligent decision makers, and love helping Members succeed. We develop deep-rooted relationships with our Members in order to ensure their professional goals are met through the use of Axial. We strive to build successful human experiences around the use of our technology.

The Role
As an MSM, you'll interface with private equity professionals, C-level execs at the corporate and private company level, investment bankers, advisors, corporate attorneys, and accountants. You are responsible for their success and adoption of our products and tools.
Your success here is ! measured by well thought out metrics that are closely aligned ! with our company’s goals. You will achieve success by driving high levels of Network engagement from your Members and by retaining long-term relationships between your Members and Axial.

Qualifications:
Exceptional communicator

Top notch business writing skills

Hospitable and solution-oriented in nature

You are comfortable with or have experience interfacing with senior-level executives

Enjoy winning the trust of those around you and developing relationships

You are a problem solver, even in the tensest of situations

You hate to lose. You love to win.

You have a committed work ethic to personal and team goals

Bachelors Degree or higher

Zero to three years work experience
