We are a strong and stable organization seeking to add a Sr. Fair lending analyst to the team. We are seeking an individual ! that has strong mathematical and technical skills that also has some knowledge and experience with Fair lending laws and regulations. You will design and support fair lending analysis models covering:
Decisioning , Pricing,Steering, Market demographics etc. and work on regression, segmentation, Binomial and T-stat tests. analyzing data from Disparate sources.
You will also A analyze policies, procedures, practices, customer complaint patterns, marketing, and other relevant aspects. Conduct interviews with management and staff. Formulate conclusions and recommend appropriate corrective action. Communicate effectively with attorneys and senior management. Chair the Fair Lending Risk Assessment Committee meetings
To qualify for this role you must have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or related fields. Advanced degree in statistics or mathematics preferred. A minimum of three years fair lending experience or five! years analytical experience. Statistical expertise, including! a firm understanding of normal distributions, confidence intervals, regression analysis, and significance tests. Working knowledge of fair lending laws and regulations. Experience with CRA Wiz, Fair Lending Wiz, SAS, or other fair lending software. The ability to interpret incomplete or uncertain data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to senior management. Strong communication skills both written and oral.
