Major Real Estate Company involved in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans is currently seeking a mortgage loan processor for their expanding staff! .
Responsibilities:
Pre-screen multifamily mortgage application packages to determine program/investor/underwriting compliance. Assemble files including associated task scheduling and tracking of timely receipt of required documentation. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and legibility of documentation and data entry in database/tracking system. Consistent communications via e-mail and telephone with borrower, attorneys and other third parties to obtain information. Prepare commitment letters for borrower and investors from approved memos for VP/SVP sign off. Prepare fee invoicing. Pipeline management and deal progression, moving loans from one stage to the next. Assist VP to ensure that investor requirements are met and warehouse lines are protected Check and load Fannie Mae data to their Commitment and Delivery (“C&Dâ€) system. Clearance and delivery of loans through settlement and syndication. Assist in ensuring that approved transactions are successf! ully closed. Assist in creation and implementation of procedur! es in conjunction with new product development.
The ideal candidate should have college credits and 2+ years real estate processing or loan administration experience.
Multi-family or commercial real estate is a plus.
