Hire Counsel is currently seeking attorneys with a workers compensation background to work on a per diem basis with our client, a national insurance company, in their Melville, NY, Tarryt! own, NY and Manhattan offices. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 plus years of workers compensation experience, an active bar license in NY, professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Required Experience
5 + years of workers compensation experience
NY bar, active and in good standing
Available to assist attorneys on a per diem basis by appearing in court, requesting new court dates, filing of appearances
Experience taking and defending depositions
Project Details
Start Date: within the month
Duration: on-going basis, as needed
Pay Rate: market rate
Schedule: as needed, once or twice a week
Location: Melville, NY, Tarrytown, NY, New York, NY
