New York bar admitted attorney with 5-8 years experience for IMMEDIATE HIRE for full time position in insurance defense firm in downtown Manhattan. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience condu! cting depositions or 50-h hearings in personal injury cases. Must be knowledgeable in the representation of clients in the defense of trip and fall and auto accident cases.
Must have extensive prior experience conducting depositions, 50-h hearings or EUOs. We will not consider an attorney with less than 5 years experience in NY personal injury cases.
Primary job responsibilities will be to conduct 50-h hearings on a daily basis and draft same day case evaluation reports and hearing summaries.
Other insurance defense and or subrogation cases will be assigned as well as court appearance work, client reporting, motion practice and general litigation and collection responsibilites.
