) an AV rated boutique law firm located in downtown New York City, with a sophisticated practice involving the representation of hedge funds, ! investment banks, CLO’s and other financial institution clients, seeks to add a full-time junior or mid-level corporate associate to work on transactions and related matters involving distressed debt, banking and syndicated lending, claims trading and ‘special situation’ investments. Practice includes LSTA and LMA loan trading system transactions. Strong writing ability, organizational skills and work ethic required. Previous corporate experience, particularly in distressed debt trading and banking related work would be ideal- although all candidates with good academic credentials and some previous experience doing quality commercially oriented legal work will be considered.
