The ideal candidate will have expertise and specialization in the practice area! of Bankruptcy & Restructuring.
Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, bar licensure in good standing, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong book of business ($1M+), with potential to expand.

- Is well versed in handling the many aspects of bankruptcy & restructuring including creditors' rights, commercial law, enforcement of remedial rights; restructuring of investments; public, private, and secured and unsecured bonds; workout of investments in CDOs and other structured investment vehicles; and enforcement of termination of swaps and other derivative instruments on account of bankruptcy or reorganization.
- Develops business with potential clients through networkin! g and other initiatives
- Leads teams of lawyers and su! pervises the work of associates in the team
- Works closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development.
- Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Demonstrates experience in practice development, business development
- Renders exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships while managing multiple engagements at the same time.
