Description: U.S. Bankruptcy Court is at present looking to employ LAW CLERK POSITION right now, this position will be ordered in New York. More details about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Opening for Confidential Term Law Clerk for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in Rochester, New York to begin July 1, 2013. A law degree from an accredited law school is required. Applicants should be in top thi! rd of their class, have excellent legal research and writing skills and have an interest in commercial law indicated by course work or experience. Law Review, Moot Court participation, extra-curricular activities and work experience will also be considered. Applications will not be accepted electronically and must be postmarked by June 3, 2013.
