Duties include establishing contact wi! th prospective customers for new business in CRE loans, maintaining relationships with underwriting banks originating in CRE Syndication and Club deals and working with Appraisals, Brokers, Mortgage Consultants, Borrowers and Attorneys to evaluate and complete underwriting credit proposals.
Requirements: Minimum 6+ years experience in originating CRE loans, contacts with underwriting banks originating CRE syndication and Club deals. Must have exposure in Construction lending, Bilateral, participation and syndication of commercial real estate loans.
Must speak fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
