Description:
Litigation firm is seeking a Sr. Litigation Paralegal for their Philadelphia office with at least 5 plus years of paralegal experience, securities exp a plus. Must know bluebooking, cite checking, shepardizing, ECF filings.
Salary will be up to 75k base, plus benefits. Must be flexible to work some overtime.
Law firm focuses on complex civil litigation, including securities, antitrust,and consumer class actions as well as shareholder derivative and merger and transactional litigation.
