The 2013 Canon Insights Program is a comprehens! ive program that runs for 10 weeks during the summer May 28th through August 2nd. This is a full-time (9 AM to 5 PM), paid internship. This program is designed to provide capable and motivated students an opportunity to gain hands-on work experience by participating in significant work projects. The internship program is a great learning experience and an opportunity to make some lasting friendships.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys w/ research and writing in areas of employment law, marketing review, licensing, privacy and data security, and document review.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have completed 2 yrs. of law school. 3.25GPA or better preferred. MS Word, PowerPoint, West Law and Lexis/Nexis exp. Strong writing exp. preferred. Interest in Business and corporate law preferred.
