The HR Analyst plays an integral role in the overall support provided to our Insourcing business and our Attorneys. Not only will the analyst be afforded a high degree of independence, but also the opportunity to work with an amazing group of fun and talented people.Key Responsibilities for this role include: • Insourcing Analytics and Application Managemento Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of the organizations Insourcing business by designing, running and interpreting Insourcing metrics including hiring efficiency, attrition trends, candidate profiles, and compensation analysis.o Functioning as the key Insourcing point of contact for ERP and related systems/applications to ensure functionality is effective for Insourcing onboarding and attorney managemento Developing an attorney life cycle process map on how information shou! ld flow, how inputs should be made, and how data should be acc! essed to ensure efficiencyo Designing and advising on the data management best practices related to the onboarding process as well as managing ongoing attorney information • Knowledge Managemento Serving as a resource for Axiom teammates on the recruiting, hiring and ongoing management of attorneys on issues such as professional development, HR issues, company policy questions and the like.o Central owner of Axiom University, including organizing CLEs and management of professional development vendorso Assists local offices with customization of processes to geo-specific needs • HR Policy Management for Insourcingo Responsible for updates to core materials for our Insourcing business such as orientation information, company templates and attorney handbooko Developing methodology for capturing, reporting, analyzing and maintaining HR compliance related employment documentation (including statutory requirements)o Managing remotely our two person AD admin team in Texas whi! ch supports onboarding and documentation managemento Organizes and assists in annual review and raise process
