Prestigious law firm has a unique position (full-time, part-time or flex tim! e) for a go-getter Sr. Energy Regulatory Associate to work with its growing group. The ideal candidate must have 6+ years of experience with federal and state regulations with respect to a variety of energy/gas as it relates to M&A and finance. The ideal candidate should have contacts in the industry (but contacts do not make up for a lack of the required experience).
You will have the opportunity to work with high-energy partners to advise companies, track regulatory developments, and be involved with business development.
