We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as Residential Field Specialist to work in support of Efficiency Maine’s residential efficiency programs. The Specialist will play an important role in making sure these programs are delivered effectively and in a manner that “drives verifiable, cost-effective energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.” The Specialist's responsibilities will include finding ways to improve the programs, collecting best practices to share amongst a network of hundreds of Trade Allies and to promote quality installations and conducting various tasks in support of other Efficiency Maine pilots, studies or evaluations.
This is a hybrid remote/in-field position with a current focus on in-field inspections. Working personal vehicle will be required to support in-field inspections.
Acts as local company representative to residential customers. Conduct virtual and in-field post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders to sell energy efficiency retrofits or new construction. Provides technical advice, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

4-8 Years relative industry experience preferred but not required

High school degree required

Relevant industry technical certification/training preferred but not required

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal, writing, verbal communication and reporting skills

Detail-oriented with an ability to balance and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
