Job Summary:
As our Protein Bar Barista, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for creating our healthful offerings and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, organized, maintain clean workspaces, and are dedicated to creating a positive and engaging experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting and serving protein-based smoothies, acai bowls, cold-pressed juices, and functional foods with precision and style.
- Promoting our unique menu offerings and providing product knowledge to customers.
- Upholding a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations, including restocking, cleaning, and cash handling.
- Representing our brand's youthful, smart, and engaging voice to create a memorable customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a juice bar, protein bar, or similar food service environment.
- Understanding of safe food handling practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Vibrant, energetic, and fun personality – you'll be a key player in our team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
