Parts Manager


 

We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts management, including knowledge of parts inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The successful candidate will also be able to provide excellent customer service and develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of parts orders and shipments.
  • Ensure parts are properly stored and labeled.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices for parts.
  • Ensure all safety regulations are followed in the parts department.
  • Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Train and supervise parts personnel.
  • Develop and implement new processes for the parts department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
