Dancy Perinatal is looking to hire a virtual office manager to help with a variety of administrative tasks. These tasks include (but are not limited to)
- Verifying Client Insurance
- Following up on insurance claims/tracking payments
- Managing Client billing
- Answering New Client Inquiries and scheduling new clients
- Providing Client Billing Documents as requested
- Responding to professional inquiries
- Scheduling Clients as needed and communicating with them as needed
- Monthly tracking of clinician notes and tasks
*Experience with social media marketing a plus but not required
Enjoy working from home and on a schedule that works for you! Work with a small team of mental health professionals and be a valuable contributor to a growing online office!
Must have daytime availability to respond to emails Mon-Fri but hours can be flexible. Starting out an average of 10 hrs per week with options to increase hours as the company grows.
