Data Entry (Part-time) [United States]


 

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage property details
  • Enter data into company spreadsheets and/or databases
  • Assist with development of company owned portal
  • Compile and analyze internal and external information for compliance audits
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Skills

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Culpeper, VA 22701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
