The Access Organization at UCLA Health ensures that our patients can access this care seamlessly, at the right place, the right time, and with the right provider. The Access Systems Program Manager will combine deep knowledge of Clinic + Contact Center workflows with existing and novel technological tools and functionality to drive quality patient experience, access improvement, and efficiency. They will manage the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of access workflows and applications in conjunction with the business units and partners within the Access Organization including Access Liaisons and Contact Center leadership. They will provide guidance on application architecture to IT for system builds aimed at improving efficiencies, solving complex workflow issues, and ensuring high-quality patient experience. The incumbent will manage the operational implementation of UCLA Health’s Digital Patient Experience strategy, with much of the focus around patient self-scheduling and interfacing tools created to improve the overall experience They will manage a system level roll out of EPIC Decision Trees, intended to help support the Access Organization’s agents in ensuring patients get to the right service at the right time.Lastly, the individual will work on standardization of EPIC CareConnect functions such as appointment types, as well as creation and implementation of processes and approval mechanisms and workflows. Salary range: $39.03-$92.19 Hourly

Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree preferred Licensure/Certification Lean six/sigma certification preferred Certification in at least one Epic Application or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire Experience Minimum five (5) years of health care experience preferred Minimum two (2) years of Project Management experience preferred Experience with business applications management (e.g., Epic, Salesforce) preferred Demonstrated ability to build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders Experience and comfort in delivering presentations to senior leadership Proven understanding and articulation of clinic operational key performance indicators Salary Range: $39.03- $92.19
