Kitchen Porter [Ireland]


 

We have a great opportunity for a Part Time Kitchen Porter to join our team in Good Day Deli. Experience for this role is essential. The successful candidate will have relevant experience working with a close team in fast paced kitchens.

Hours are approx. 10 to 15 hours per week. If you thrive in a fast paced kitchen, focus on hygiene + cleanliness, are hardworking, efficient and like a challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidates should have the following;

  • 2+ years experience as a Kitchen Porter in a similar cafe environment.
  • Excellent standards of cleanliness and ability to organise and support a kitchen with high demands.
  • Commitment to high standards of HACCP
  • Knowledge and proficiency in equipment maintenance and deep cleaning
  • Systems and efficiency focused
  • Experience in training and managing other Kitchen Porter Team members.
  • Stock intake and organisation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Reliable and hardworking with flexiblity and availability to work on the weekends.
  • An aptitude and desire to work on own initiative.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

  • KP: 1 year (required)
