Company : Formed in 1837, Tiffany and Company ("Tiffany") was acquired in a management buyout in 1984 and the subject of an initial public offering in 1987 (NYSE: TIF). Tiffany's products are exclusive to it and sold through proprietary stores in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, as well as through its web! site and in catalogs. Over half of Tiffany's $3 billion in rev! enues is generated from sales outside of the United States. More than a retailer, Tiffany manufactures approximately 60% of its products and employs 9,200. Since 1984 the current management team has expanded sales 30 fold and continues to vertically integrate its supply chain.
Requirements : Foundational law firm training as a transactions and/or finance attorney. Experience with project management, finance agreements, domestic and international business transactions, corporate governance practices and providing legal advice on contractual and regulatory matters will be a plus. Experience working with or for a public company is desired, as is litigation experience. Three to six years of in-house and/or firm experience preferred.
Compensation: A competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus a 15-20% target bonus, and equity.
