Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to expand an existing corporate & securities practice
Provide legal expertise in solving client concerns
Job Requirements:
4-6 years of M&A experience, including experience with:
joint ventures,
private equity,
venture capital transactions
corporate reorganizations
SEC reporting and compliance matters
Large law firm experience
Have graduated from top! law school with honors
Must be admitted to practice in New York.
Experience dealing with Fortune 1000 companies
Experience managing and closing complex transactions
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Have outstanding writing skills.
