In order to receive immediate consideration, you must:
Be employed currently as a Structured Finance-focused Attorney
Have major law firm experience;
Have graduated between 2008-2010, with 3-5 years of experience in structured transactions and mortgage finance .
Have demonstrated superior academic credentials by having received documented law review and/or moot court accolades
Possess exceptional research, verbal & written communication, and analytic skills ;

Clients
Counseling clients in transactions relating to the purchase, sale, or financing of businesses having significant mortgage portfolios.
Representing clients in all aspects of their businesses, and assisting them in the full spectrum of structured transactional issues.
Lenders
Servicing investment banks and mortgage companies lenders and capital markets purchasers.
