Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services (FLVS) is
one of the fastest growing & exciting areas of
accounting and financial professions.
ParenteBeard’s FLVS group provides consulting support to
attorneys to quantify and opine on complex commercial
damages in litigation matters, such as:
- Fraud & white collar crime;
- Intellectual property infringements;
- Professional negligence;
- Contract disputes; and
- Construction disputes.
Services Practice is seeking a Manag! er / Sr Manager to
join its team of Professionals.
Under the general supervision of Partners, the
Manager/Sr Manager will have oversight on all regular
and special matters for those clients delegated to them.
This oversight includes:
- quality control of all work
- review of work papers
- preparation of all reports, statements and letters
The Manager / Sr Manager is also involved in planning,
supervision and control of all phases of regular client
services, engagement staff supervision and maintenance
of client relationships. The Manager/Sr Manager coaches
and develops team members and participates in business
development activities.

Job Requi! rements:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting along with a minimum
of five years public accounting or related experience
(for instance, in valuation and litigation support, with
appropriate professional credentials such as an MBA,
ASA, etc.) is required along with a record of
progressively increasing knowledge, skill,
responsibility and independence. In addition, sound
written and verbal communication skills, an ability to
work independently or as part of a team and the capacity
to appropriately interact with all levels of Firm
management and staff, clients and other external
business contacts are required.
A Manager is required as well to have a minimum of forty
(40) hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
credits each year. Managers are expected to be actively
working to obtain additional credentialing such as
Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA); accredited in
Business Valuation (ABV); Certifi! ed Divorce Financial
Analyst (CDFA); and Certified Fraud Examiner (! CFE).
Individuals in this position must have demonstrated
computer skills and experience with accounting software
is required. A valid driver’s license is also required.
