For complete informations about this career opportunity kindly read the description below. IBM Research is seeking candidates to assume a Supplemental Medical Annotator roles. The position involves gaining expertise using our annotation tooling and methodology and wo! rking with a variety of medical content, such as medical text books and on line medical resources as well as Electronic Health Records and other artifacts. Tasks will include annotating medical concepts in this content, e.g. identifying Diseases, Findings, Medications and Tests, as well as indicating the clinical reasoning that takes place given a patient case scenario. In addition, candidates may be asked to judge the relevance of medications or tests in treatment of particular problems. The candidate should have broad clinical domain expertise as well as the facility to use resources to validate medical terms, processes and clinical reasoning. This is a short-term supplemental position.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in medical training in an MD credited medical school
English: Fluent
Preferred
Master's Degree
At least 2 years experience in work experience as either a Physician's Assi! stant or Nurse Practioner
