Senior Compliance Officer- Anti-Bribery and Corruption(AB&C) The candidate will report to the Head of Global Anti-Bribery and Corruption(A! B&C). Will Function as a trusted advisor and SME in connection with AB&C controls in NAM. Drive Global AB&C Program initiatives in NAM. Oversee the implementation of procedures and controls in NAM. Serve as subject-matter expert and primary point of escalation on AB&C Pre-Approvals in NAM. Advise on AB&C regulatory requirements; Review, approve or deny, AB&C approval requests, and as necessary, escalate requests to the Regional AB&C Head; Drive AB&C standards and controls in connection with Employee Hiring and Referrals, Pre-approvals, and Charitable Contributions. Drive consistency and harmonization, as appropriate, in connection with pre-approval requests. Act as AB&C Approver for central functional areas in NAM. Serve as subject matter expert for Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and regional regulatory reviews on AB&C Pre-approval requirements; Assist with the design and implementation of AB&C surveillance initiatives in connection with pre-approval controls. Serve as ! point of contact in connection with the development of pre-app! roval metrics and MIS.
The candidate should have four-year College Degree or equivalent experience. J.D. MBA, or graduate degree is highly preferred. 7+ years of financial services experience in a Compliance or equivalent role is needed. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills are required. Strong knowledge of AB&C regulations and pre-approval processes is needed. Experience implementing G&E controls in a financial institution is needed. Should be highly adept at recommending, developing and testing compliance controls. Should be able to construct and execute control tests.
