Position Description:
AIG Staff Counsel has an opportunity for a Trial Attorney in its Elmsford, NY location. The position will require handling medical malpractice and other professional liability cases in addition to general liability cases.
Compliance with AIG Litigation Management Guidelines including communication with claims and clients is a requirement.
Position Requirements
6-9 years litigation experience.
Member of New York State Bar.
Juris Doctor degree.
Candidates must posess strong reporting, organizational, computer and communication skills.
