Arbor’s Uniondale, NY, office in Nassau County, NY, has an immediate opening for a Trading Support Analyst. The Analyst will assist with pricing m! ultifamily loans and executing whole loan trades, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional industry journals, technical procedures and industry guidelines and will effectively communicate with internal personnel and the firm’s trading partners, clients, attorneys, brokers and correspondents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Calculate mortgage rates in accordance with internal policy
• Post daily pricing
• Conduct market research on the capital markets, compiling results and effectively communicating findings
• Calculate and deliver customized price quotes to Originators and Underwriters as needed
• Provide full time phone and e-mail coverage of pricing desk
• Track quotes in database
• Support Originators in the understanding of pricing and product information
• Assemble the documentation and approvals from internal parties required for rate lock
• Monitor the! pipeline from application through settlement
• Other s! upport services as needed

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, and 1-3 years experience in commercial real estate finance or a related field. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess the ability to create complex models (experience with Bloomberg terminal is preferred). The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills and will possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner.
